Having trouble with MyPension
Account Disabled / Activation key expired
If your account has been disabled it could be down to your Activation key having expired. You can request a new one by clicking Step 1 - Register for My Pension which will get a new key sent to you.
New Activation Key
To get signed up, you first need an activation key. If we have sent you one via post or email please use this to Register. If this code isn’t being recognised, if you think you may have entered it incorrectly or if you haven’t got a code, then please click Step 1 - Register for My Pension and a code can be requested.
Activation email link not working
If we have emailed you an activation link and this is showing as invalid then this may have expired. The link will last for 24 hours, after this time you will need click ‘Register My Account’ to generate another key.
Account Disabled / forgotten password
Your account may have been disabled down to the system not recognising the password you have entered. Please just click the Forgotten Password link to reset your account details.
