Transferring employees

When you submit an application to join GMPF you must also include details of any staff that will transfer to you from the ceding LGPS employer. To do this, please use our Staff List document. The staff list is necessary for the actuary to calculate your opening deficit/funded position, sub fund and to prepare your first accounting reports. If you are applying to be an admitted body, the staff list will also be included in your admission agreement to state which staff are eligible to be in GMPF. When emailing the staff list to us please ensure you encrypt the document to protect the personal information it contains. The Staff List and further details about encryption can be accessed below:
