The safest and most secure way to update your address or bank details is by logging into your My Pension account.
Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Services team on 0161 301 7000 who will ask you several security questions before updating your details. Please have your national insurance number or pension number ready. They will be able to update your address directly or will send you a form to complete to update your bank details. If you write in to update your bank details by letter, we will send you the necessary form to complete.
If you live abroad and choose to have your pension paid into a local bank, we pay your pension through Western Union. You will need to complete a bank mandate for your country. You can request a bank mandate form by calling our Customer Services team on 0161 301 7000. Upon completion of our security checks a form will then be sent for you to complete and return.
