You can now amend your bank details on line. You can change your bank details in writing
To do this please download a bank change form, fill it in, and send it to us. Please make sure you fill in the form correctly, or we will have to send it back to you, and this will mean a delay...
- Complete the form in black ink
- Give details of the account you want your pension paying into. The account must be in your name (or in the case of a joint account, you must be one of the account holders).
- Sign and date the form
Don't miss the boat
Please make sure we get your form around two weeks before your normal paydate. That way, we can make sure the change is done in time. If you don’t send in your form in time, we may try and make a payment to your old bank account, and find it has already been closed. If this happens, your old bank will return the payment to us, and we will forward it to your new account.
