What are the benefits of working for GMPF?
GMPF is a great place to work and we have lots to offer our employees.
Our offices are modern and open plan. We work in teams, all based in Droylsden. The majority of roles are currently hybrid working, with the option to work either from home or in the office, though you may be asked to come in to the office on certain days.
Full time posts are 36 hours each week and annual holiday entitlement starts at 25 days. We offer flexible working for most posts and actively support our employees with their career progression.
As your employer, Tameside MBC will automatically enrol you into the Local Government Pension Scheme when you start. They pay contributions into your pension too.
Our offices have excellent transport links, with good connections to the Metrolink, bus services and the M60. There are several car parks nearby.
We also have changing rooms and secure lockers for you to use.
Tameside MBC has an employee rewards and benefits scheme, which includes benefits such as offers on gym membership and discounts from local shops and eateries.
